Hill Adams Apartments

I have LOVED renting from Eladott and living at this location. It's a short walk from the law school, the football stadium, and Main Street, and the apartment is in great condition and seems reasonably priced compared to the surrounding buildings. One of the best parts has been working with Allie, the Eladott rep, who is the sweetest, most helpful, and most responsive leasing agent/ property manager ever :)

Super close to Ross and in a neighborhood with a lot of other MBAs. Centrally located to just about anything you could need. Perfect for roommates, as bedrooms are equally sized.

Basic and Affordable

The apartment building is a little dated, but for the proximity to Ross, it's a great price. There is shared laundry in the bottom level for a plat monthly fee which is a little bit of a pain, but not a dealbreaker. The walls are a little thin and the train is pretty loud, but that's standard for most apartments in this area. The apartment can get pretty hot in the summer (just one a/c unit in the main room), but the heat in the winter is fine.

The appliances are really old and break down all the time but the apt is so cheap. The maintenance is pretty efficient.

Great apartment, good space and light, very responsive management team re maintenance and any issues that come up. Great location ~12 min walk to Ross. Close to lots of current MBAs at The Yard, 618, and on Brown Street. Few issues, great price. Highly recommend

Overall, I have had a really positive experience at 125 Hill St. I got one of the units with the renovated kitchen (I am pretty sure not all of them have been renovated). The walls keep things quiet. In the summer, there is a great breeze and I never had to put my AC on, and the place can get really warm when it is cold out. There have been no issues with the apartment and it is in a great spot close to Ross, the IMSB gym, the stadium and tailgating at The Bus. There are also lots of other MBA students in the area.

Wonderful location near a lot of MBA students. Smaller complex (12 apartments in total). The management company is responsive to maintenance requests and the apartment is in fine shape. It came furnished, which was very helpful. The apartment could be better insulated and have better soundproofing but overall is solid housing. Also, I am an 11-minute walk from Ross. That is pretty good, but I wouldn't mind being a little closer.

The apartment size is great and the management company is very responsive. However, the windows need to be sealed better because when the weather drops before 20 degrees the apt is very cold and the heat does nothing to help.

Spacious well-maintained unit. Not much natural light on the "ground floor" (it's halfway underground)
