a little expensive but convenient to live and close to ND.

Good - walking distance to ND, kind staffs, convenient facilities, very secure
Not good - a little expensive rent, not thoroughly sound-proof

Overlook Apartment Complex

Has all the basics you need along with an in-unit washer/dryer. It's perfect if you're living alone and it's a short walk to school so you don't need to pay for school parking.
