Living on campus is definitely nice if you don't have a car. The building is a little old, but you have access to utilities and there's plenty of space in the apartment. Note the laundry room is in the community center.

Good Value
I am very pleased so far with Fischer. The facilities are in good condition with great location to campus. I was a little frustrated that I couldn't adjust the thermostat below 72 degrees. Also, the gym is a little poor.

Pros and Cons Fischer
Very spacious, great value for the price. Very convenient, the shuttle bus is close. However, maintenance is usually not the most efficient, and laundry facility tends to have one or two machines that are down. The gym is poorly constructed and the location of the gym is right in front of the laundry facility.

Fischer Graduate
Nice living conditions for the price but there are many issues with the facilities. There are cracks in the wall, issues with leaks, and water pressure throughout the apartment, and the appliances are very outdated. I am happy in the space and think there is plenty of room but there could be some improvements to the space to make it nicer for students to live here and make a difference.

Fischer Graduate Res
Great value. On campus with all utilities includes and a 12 minute walk from Mendoza. Cannot beat the proximity for game day proximity as its only like a 7 minute walk from the field. While evidently old, the building is safe, quiet, decently maintained and came fully furnished (I actually use the furniture). I was assigned a random room mate who is not in the business school and is doing his own thing most of the time so I don't see him much. Parking for the entire year was around $300. Management sucks but it's honestly like that in most places as I have heard.
