Great location with only a few 'negatives'
Great location. Walking distance to downtown & campus. Cheap rent compared to other single apartments in the area. Gym, pool, clubhouse access w/ 1-time fee. Management is responsive. I feel safe and there are many other students living in the complex.
Walls/ceilings are a bit thin. Typical wear & tear - not the nicest interior.

Great location with only a few 'negatives'
My experience thus far has been good. The complex is very close to the downtown area and within walking distance to campus. The rent is on the cheaper side for a 1bd/1ba in the downtown area. Rent includes internet and water which is nice. I also get access to the Tenth & College gym, pool, clubhouse, and study room. The apartment itself is not the absolute best quality, but it gets the job done. Nothing too fancy but nothing bad. Living room, bathroom and kitchen are fair sizes. Bedroom is a little small. You have to pay for parking ($130-160 per month). Can be noisy at times.

Good location
Tenth and College apartments are a safe choice for those that do not have a car and want to love close to school and downtown. The management company manages about 10 properties. The biggest frustration is that you have to sign to renew after 2 months of moving in, but that seems to be the case throughout the city.

10&C Horizons
The 10th & college horizons building is one of the several Ceadarview Management properties around the block that is bounded by College Ave to the east, Morton St to the west, and 10th and 11th streets to the north and south, respectively. I have a 1 br, 1 bath apartment with a balcony and west facing windows that receive lots of afternoon sun. It is a comfortable apartment and management has been very responsive. The amenities, which include the 10th & college clubhouse often used by MBA clubs, a gym, and a pool, are shared by all of Ceadarview's nearby properties and are nice to have. The main downside is that the building is rather cheaply built and craftsmanship is low, however it is a comfortable and safe living space.
