601 Walnut experience
The apartment is pretty nice. The management is pretty awful and from what I hear on reviews about them they tale the security deposit at the end for any reason. They also tried to "cut me a deal" by saying the rent for renewing would be 1406, but when I looked online they had it advertised for 1369. I recommend against using pavillion properties if one can avoid it.

Quiet Apartment downtown
Signed a two year lease and never had any problems. a VERY quiet apartment marketed toward young professionals and grad students. 600 sqft apartment is a little small for two people but we have made it work!
Not a lot of storage.. but there is in unit washer and dryer.
Wifi and water included as well as pest control.

Would Recommend!
I like my apartment a lot!
Pros:
-Walking distance to school (on 10th and walnut- takes 15 min by foot to get to Kelley)
-Wonderful location- walking distance everywhere downtown.
$1115 a month and $85 for parking
-balcony
-nice sized bathroom
-quiet because it is marketed for "graduate students and young professionals"
-walls are thick!
-maintenance is very responsive
-pest man comes every month
-NICE washer and dryer in unit!!
Cons:
600 sqft. a little small but not unbearable. Can't host big parties but can fit 4 guests.
-no "hall" closet. but nice storage in bathroom
-10th and walnut street can be a bit loud (when sirens go by from cops/firefighters) but it's fine
