Continental Condos

It's been pretty good overall. Pretty cheap rent, have a walk in closet, and there's a bus stop right outside (I don't think it would get me to campus though, I have a car). The main issue is that the building's management stopped doing routine pest sprays in all units. We've had some bad roaches. Our unit manager (Charlotte Management, who doesn't manage the entire building) has been great about getting us exterminated, but the problem will continue to come back unless the building manager starts exterminating all units again. For that reason, I probably wouldn't recommend someone else to start living there.

a bit far from campus but a 5 minute drive. shuttle comes close to building. very affordable 1 and 2 bedroom options. building is quiet and safe with 24 hour doorman. my only con is that there are shared washer/dryers on first floor which is a bit of an inconvenience.

This apartment is very spacious, affordable, relatively close (~25min walk to EBL), located close to a bus stop. I don’t have a car, and I’ve been getting around all right with walking, biking, and taking the bus, though it would be MUCH more convenient if you have a car. The neighbors are decent, with a mix of young professionals and elderly condo owners.

Highly recommend checking out this property! I have lived here for 5 years and have loved it. Has a pool and gym. Laundry on the first floor. Has 24/7 doormen who are great and contribute to safety and to the overall community.

Very nice complex especially for the price! 700+ sq ft. for around $1300 is a deal that is very difficult to find elsewhere around Vanderbilt. Additionally, there is a 24 hour doorman who also safekeeps packages. There is a shuttle stop about a 3 minute walk from the complex as well that goes directly to the medical building. It might be a little far for people who don't like walking and don't have a car.

I have lived in this building for almost 4 years and I adore it! The apartment layouts are open and spacious. It is a 7 min drive from Vanderbilt. There are doorman 24/7 for security who are all friendly and helpful. There is on-site parking, pool, and gym, and also a great Indian restaurant on the first floor. And the community within the building is great!

A fantastic building with great neighbors and on site parking, gym, and pool. But one of the best parts of the property is the truly amazing doormen on site 24/7. It's the perfect place to live for the past 4 years.

Great location where West End meets 440. Because it's a condo building, units vary widely both in cost and in how recently they have been renovated. I was able to find a great deal for a really big 2-bedroom. There is a doorman 24/7 and a nice pool. The gym is small but enough to workout.
