It fills the need
Overall, the apartment is nice. It's the most spacious apartment I've ever lived in. However, noise travels throughout the complex and definitely through the different floors. Maintenance has been helpful, but issues still tend to recur even after they've come out to "fix" them. This was a last minute find for me, and if I had had more time to search for an apartment, I would have sought out something cheaper.
