Good apartment, well-maintained facilities, close to VUSM (10-15 min walk to eskind). nearby Kroger and some food options. safe area. parking is a bit cramped. great management.

Excellent
Its a beautiful and cozy little area. Very pretty view. Has an awesome common area, and a very good gym. There is an awesome outdoor area for bonfires.

Location is very close to campus. Easy walk to school and also great dining areas.

Very nice location, close to Hillsboro Village and Belmont's Campus. The management is friendly and willing to work with you.

Nice apartment
Overall, I really like the apartment! It's new, luxury living, with nice amenities (gym and community-wide clubhouse area with grill). The management has gone through some changes/issues (e.g., not honoring promises made by the old management) - dealing with them has been a pain at times but they've been reasonable recently. Although the facility is very nice, it is pricey and there are more affordable places in Hillsboro Village. I love living in Hillsboro Village- it's walkable to campus and has lots of cute shops and restaurants, while being only 1-2 miles away from downtown.

Overall, I'm really happy with the place! Nice apartment, and a short walk to VUMC. My one complaint is that the place is sometimes short on parking (even though it's supposed to be included in rent), but I've heard you can buy a street parking license through the city.
