Great Apartment for Grad Student
New construction with solid public amenities. Great to be close to campus and downtown but separated from undergrads. Mix of young professionals, families, and empty nesters.

Brand New Apartments in a Great Location
I love my apartment at Quarter Row. The apartment complex is extremely clean and fairly quiet! The complex just opened in 2017, so everything is very new. It is also in a great location for a graduate student. I am about a 15 minute walk to all of my classes, but also a 15 minute walk to the capital.

Very good apartment, great location
I rent a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for $1,275 per month, which includes water. Gas/electric and internet are separate (apartment is pre-wired for AT&T) and I also pay $75 per month for an outdoor parking space (indoor spaces are $150 per month). The apartment itself is very good, with brand new Whirlpool appliances and large windows that provide great views. The apartment is usually always warm, I usually have to keep the A/C on, even on cold winter nights, which cuts down on the heat bill. However, the HVAC unit and air vents are very loud, and sometimes I have to crank up the TV volume as a result.
The building is also in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk away from campus, State Street, Capitol Square, and the Kohl Center.
Overall, I highly recommend this property.
