Excellent property, professional management staff
The building is in great repair, overall quiet, and includes nice common areas on the first and second floors. Gym is relatively nice for a property this size. Free coffee in the lobby is also a nice amenity. Tall hallway ceilings help give this building a nice feel. Walls between apartments don't seem thin and noise-transparent as with many cheaper apartment buildings ..

Great Location Worth the Cost
I lived in a one bedroom for about $1,300 for 1.5 years. Certainly a higher cost, but easily offset by a reasonable budget and living more modestly in other areas of life. The location is phenomenal - steps away from the main bike trail and lake Monona; a few blocks away from several restaurants and stores; a 10-minute walk to the capitol square. I have had a great experience with ULI management and living in a nicer, quieter apartment for your law school experience is 100% worth it.

Great Location
I love the location. It's right next to the bike path which is great if you like to be active outside or have a pet you like to take for long walks. Its within a 15 minute walk of Grainger Hall and 15 minute walk from the Capital. The rent is pricey but it includes all the amenities I was looking for and is in the location I desired.

New Building, Great Location, Relatively Affordable
I was the first person to move into my apartment at Quarter Row and have had a great experience. The location is great for getting to the Business School and up towards the Capital. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet but has a few great local spots. My one-bed isn't large but it's efficient and has plenty of storage. All new appliances, finishes etc. make for an enjoyable and maintenance free apartment. Gym, courtyard and lobby are all nice and I use them quite a bit. It's not "cheap" on absolute terms but given the quality, location, and comparison to other properties, I think the price is fair.

Nice Apartment, Great Location!
I love my apartment at Quarter Row. The staff is super nice and helpful. There is a nice gym. It is a great location! It's walking distance from both school and the Capitol, and is also only a couple blocks from Lake Monona.

Brand new!
This is a new apartment building (opened July 2017) and is very modern. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from campus, which is very convenient. Amenities are nice (gym, bbq, etc.)

Great Apartment for Grad Student
New construction with solid public amenities. Great to be close to campus and downtown but separated from undergrads. Mix of young professionals, families, and empty nesters.

Brand New Apartments in a Great Location
I love my apartment at Quarter Row. The apartment complex is extremely clean and fairly quiet! The complex just opened in 2017, so everything is very new. It is also in a great location for a graduate student. I am about a 15 minute walk to all of my classes, but also a 15 minute walk to the capital.
