Excellent place to live
Great property management. Clean building. Spacious units (largest I have seen), lake views, and heated floors.

Great apartment complex - Pet friendly, great staff, clean, and has a nice gym. A little far from campus (~1 mile) but it's great being close to the lake!

Awesome Place to Live
Great location! Within walking distance of campus, restaurants, and it's located right on the lake. The gym in the apartment complex is very functional - 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, 3 stationary bikes, free weights, and multiple weight machines. The Urban Land Interest staff is friendly and responds quickly to any problems that arise.

Nice building with good amenities...but be careful of apartment policies!
This is a great apartment building with high-end finishes and was built in the past 5 years. It is typically quiet in our apartment, but there is also a club room on the first floor that can be used. While it is a pet-friendly building, they have pretty strict pet policies including breed restrictions and no puppies under 6 months. If you plan on getting a furry friend during your MBA, read the lease or pet addendum carefully.

Seven27 is a solid MBA apartment
Seven27 is a pricey, but solid apartment option. It's a 15-20-minute walk to Grainger, and a 10-minute bike ride. The management company keeps it in good, clean condition, but really doesn't show any flexibility on policies when it comes to lease extensions, subletting, or getting a puppy. One aspect we've been VERY disappointed with is their pet policy. DO NOT move here if you want to get a puppy during your MBA years. They have strict rules that prohibit dogs who are less than 6 months old.

Living at Seven27 is great!
I love living at Seven27. The management company is responsive. The residents are pleasant, friendly, and have lots of pets, but you can't tell based on the noise in the building. The heat is especially efficient - heated floors are amazing. It's a pricy building, but is worth it for comfort, finishes, and comfort. I just wish it was closer to the square/Grainger. But Panera is a 5-minute walk, and you're right off the bike path for ease of walking/biking to/from class.
