Great building
Condo building with studios (which I’ve lived in) to 2 beds. Each unit is separately owned so every unit is different but the building as a whole is great. It’s quiet, well kept, and has all the amenities I could ask for (pool, gym, door man).

Great Location
I love the building and the location. The view is phenomenal. Decent value for the investment. My only complaint is that while the building is relatively secure, due to the proximity to the Clark & Division Red Line stop, the blocks surrounding the Red Line can get shady. Hopefully, the new luxury apartment building on top of the Jewel will help change that environment.

Awesome Studio!
I have nothing but good things to say about the Elm at Clark. It is a great location in the Gold Coast, but off of the very touristy portion of the neighborhood. Always feel safe (except the corner of Clark and Division can be a little sketchy at night, but just be aware). There is an amazing roofdeck pool - the deck is HUGE and never gets crowded. Grills, a nice gym - the amenities are definitely great for the price. My studio has amazing west views and plenty of room for me and all my stuff (included a HUGE walk in closet!).
