Nice apartment
Great location and amenities. I signed the lease prior to moving out here so after seeing other classmates apts I realized I could get something Comparable for a slightly lower price. With that said, I think it's a great apartment complex.

Love living in Brentwood - walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and a few bars. Close to the 405 and UCLA. Takes 15 - 25 minutes to get to campus depending on traffic.
Proximate to campus. It's a 10 minute straight shot to Anderson and walkable to a nice variety of places - fitness studios, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.
Safe and quiet.
Border of Westwood/Brentwood, right off the 405
San Vicente and Wilshire are the two best streets to live near in terms of walkability
Close to UCLA and good restaurants and shops to walk to
Close to campus, pretty safe area, lots of traffic, not a lot of overnight parking options, limited grocery options within walking distance.
Very nice neighborhood, close to campus, but can have bad traffic during rush hour.
