Not bad

Not a bad place to live. Pretty good amenities, both inside and outside the unit. Parking is tight - there are no unreserved spots - and street parking is not easy. Management is nothing to rave nor rant about. Commute to UCLA is easy, but Sunset and Barrington both get pretty backed up at times, and there's no getting around it when it happens. Restaurants and bars are within an affordable Uber distance.

Great place to live

Quiet if I want to stay in and study. Right next to Brentwood village for food. Close enough to going out spots in Brentwood and easy access to school. Really safe neighborhood. Responsive management

Quiet and Upscale Neighborhood Close to School

Great complex close to school. A longer walk to San Vicente but lots of lesser known restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. Responsive management and good amenities like a gym and pool that we never get to see because we're always at school. Best reason for me: close enough to go and come back from Anderson quickly and right next to 405. Traffic is never as bad as other people encounter.

Sunset Barrington Gardens

Just across the 405 from school, I can't complain about traffic getting to and from campus. Even in rush hour I don't think its ever takien me more than 20 minutes. Our complex is also close to most of the Brentwood bars that Anderson students congregate at for happy hours. I do most of my grocery shopping and go to the graduate student gym in Westwood, which is where campus is. Santa Monica is a quick $8 Uber ride away.

Love living in Brentwood - walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and a few bars. Close to the 405 and UCLA. Takes 15 - 25 minutes to get to campus depending on traffic.
