Disappointing Stay
My time at Station R was nothing short of a major disappointment. In the span of just nine months, I encountered numerous issues that made my stay incredibly challenging and frustrating. I strongly urge potential residents to carefully consider their options before choosing this apartment complex.
Shortly after moving in, my apartment unexpectedly flooded, causing significant water damage that led to electrical issues. Despite bringing these problems to the attention of the management team, the response was disappointingly slow and insufficient. It seemed as though the well-being and comfort of the residents were not a priority.
The air conditioning system was yet another recurring problem during my time at Station R. The constant breakdowns left me enduring unbearable heat, especially during the scorching summer months. Despite repeated complaints, the management team's actions remained ineffective, leaving residents to suffer without any satisfactory resolution. It was disheartening to feel as though our concerns were not being taken seriously.
Adding insult to injury, my car was stolen from the supposedly secure parking area. The theft was an incredibly distressing experience, and I had hoped that the management team would offer support and assistance during such a trying time. Unfortunately, their response was disappointingly lacking. They provided no help in dealing with the financial and emotional repercussions that followed, leaving me to navigate the aftermath alone.
Finally, when I made the decision to leave the complex early due to these ongoing issues, I hoped for some understanding and assistance from the management team. However, they offered no financial support to ease the burden caused by the circumstances that forced me to move out ahead of schedule. Their lack of empathy and accountability left a sour taste in my mouth.
In conclusion, my experience at Station R was far from satisfactory. The recurring problems, negligent management response, and lack of support during difficult times were a constant source of frustration. I encourage prospective residents to thoroughly weigh their options and consider alternative housing choices that prioritize resident comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction.

Very Unit Specific Experience
What unit you are in and what people are living around you very much affects your experience. If the neighbors above you stomp around or anyone around you has parties then the noise can be a burden. You can't beat the location though and the apartments themselves and the complex amenities are really nice. I live on the end of the building and have more windows than typical which is nice

Great Place, not well maintained
The floor plans and quality inside of the apartment are both great, and the gym/pool in the building are super convenient. However, the residents do not pick up after themselves in the hallways and even though there is trash valet they don't pick up the trash in the hallways either. Management is kind and fairly responsive, but they need to figure out a way to make people more accountable for the common areas.

Life at Station R
Station R has been a good experience so far. Getting the lease straightened out was difficult because the management team was turning over. But after that the management has been responsive to issues that have come up. There are multiple social events and the community has been pretty good. No issues with neighbors so far and the property is usually clean and well maintained.
