Townhouse Atl - 1 Bedroom
It's nice that it's a gated community, with the standard amenities of a small workout room, pool, and business center. The management here is not the most helpful when issues come up. It is also located on the same corner of a homeless shelter, so you hear a lot of yelling throughout the day and night. Maintenance is very responsive to requests when filed through their system.

Midtown Reviews
Nighttime is very dependent on where you live, but there can be a lot of noise from street racing and other safety issues.
That being said, northern midtown is a great area and allows an easy commute to campus.
Extremely LGBTQ friendly area, especially at the corner of 10th and Piedmont. More skewed towards gay men than lesbians, though.
Crime is something of a rollercoaster - things will seem great for a while and then there'll be a few armed muggings or house robberies and everyone freaks out. Pay attention to your surroundings and don't be afraid to call the police if you feel unsafe! Basic advice for anywhere in the city, really.
