Collegetown Court

If you're an MBA or Law Student, this is one of the best places you can get at a cheap price if you're looking for a location. It's close to both buildings (<10 min walk) and is also at the heart of Collegetown and right across from the Breazzano Center.

Building-wise, it's *very old*. You will deal with maintenance issues here and there because of how dated everything is, but nothing too unwieldy (maintenance speed is acceptable). Sound isn't as insulated well, so if you have people throwing parties above you, you will definitely hear them. Electricity and Internet have to be paid separately and it also costs money to use the Washer and Dryer (of which there are only quite few).

Population is mostly undergrads, but there are a few graduate students here too (MBA & Law)

Overall, the main reason to be here is because of the location, but if you're looking for a more premium experience, it's worth choosing elsewhere.

If distance is most important, this is where you should be. But all otherwise, this apt is overpriced. There is only two washing machines in the entire building and one hasnt been working for months and the renting company has still not fixed it.
The apartment is old but the location is great. It is relatively quiet to an apt that is in collegetown and the walls are thick too.

the best part of this apartment is its distance from the law school - it is super close (a 7 minute walk).
the down side is that it is a bit overpriced for its small size.
