Chilly One Bedroom
Street facing apartment on the top floor of a three story walk up. Living room / kitchen area is spacious and has great light. Bedroom is small, but can easily fit a queen mattress. Solid amount of storage space, but nothing special. Biggest gripe is the building is old and drafty, and therefore is on the cold side in the winter, and the electric baseboard heating works terribly.

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
