Great location, reasonable rent for the area, very nice inside with a huge roof deck and a backyard, a good spot to try to live with a larger group of friends

Rittenhouse Sq is a great place to live. Just far enough away to have a mental separation between school and social life, but just close enough to have a pleasant walking commute to PSOM. There are lots of great restaurants in the area, and the nearby park + Schuylkill river trail are great.

The building is a little dingy but super nice to have own bathrooms and landlords have been mostly responsive to requests for service

Good affordable option close to campus

The apartment has been generally good. It was well represented in photos and the virtual tour that we took. There have been a few minor maintenance issues and management has been able to address them within a few days. There are no building amenities beyond a package receiving area.

Good location, all Wharton students in the units and great value for size. Apartment however has issues at times with appliances and plumbing that requires management attention however they are relatively responsive to requests.

Great location by Rittenhouse Square, 3 min walk from Walnut St station, close to graduate hospital and a quaint, quiet street. Rooms are decently sized, and the rooftop deck is private / offers a great view of the city.
However, old amenities (gas appliances, 24 in washer is too small, outdated dishwasher) and apartment is a walkup. Walls are also thin and you can hear people walking up and down the apartment from other units; further, you can hear conversations pretty clearly across walls. Management is pretty responsive.

Love living here! Property management is extremely responsive and owns a bunch of brownstones around Rittenhouse. It’s great being near Fitler Square as well, such a cute and homey area. Our building is older and has had some pest and other minor issues over the past year and a half but That comes with having an older building. Great for students!

Amazing location but old building. We live in the basement.

Really like our apartment. It's very spacious with 3bd / 3ba and small outdoor patio. We have had a few maintenance issues, but SRS often is quick to respond and address. Spruce street is awesome, and very quiet!

The apartment units are spacious with large windows and high ceilings. Bedrooms are different sizes, mostly small. Street is nice and quiet but walls within building and units are thin.

Overall, my roommates and I have been super happy here. It's great to each have our own bathroom, we love the location close to the river and tucked away from the bustle of Walnut Street, and it's a beautiful space that's great for having people over. It's an old building so you get some of those quirks (wood floors are a bit warped, for example) but management has been responsive to any little fixes we have.
