This building used to be great, I lived here nearly two years. They recently switched to new management (Willow Bridge) and everything has gone downhill since.

The building is not the newest and is not cheap compared to other newer ones nearby. Management is what made this place special and that is no longer the case. You can see their BBB reviews (Willow Bridge - Dallas, TX) to get a sense of all the shady things they do.

I have lived there 7 years and love it. Responsive management and very well maintained. Great amenities including business center, fitness center, party room, and rooftop. Close to red and brown line trains. A bit isolated from bars and restaurants which is good for noise but a bit less convenient if you are looking to be in the midst of everything.

Chestnut Tower is everything we had hoped for when we moved to Chicago from Los Angeles. The staff is amazing - they take care of every thing we ever need, and the facilities are beautiful. I LOVE cooking now thanks to my beautiful kitchen layout, and the rooftop is to die for.

Everything about the chestnut tower apartment complex is fantastic, whether it is the gym, the dry cleaner, or the easy to access parking garage. The staff is kind and welcoming, always saying hello and opening the door for you as you return. My only qualm is that it is slightly more expensive that I feel it should be. If it was even $100 a month cheaper, I would feel it is absolutely perfect.

Lived here for several years and the management and staff is always helpful, prompt, and friendly. Parking isn't included but I bundled it in with what I put as rent. Great location. Only downside is all the internal renovations and new construction going around on every side of the building, makes day times noisy.

The building is in a great location in Gold Coast. In the summer there's a great sundeck with pool and fire pit. The apartments are really cute split-level apartments making it feel much bigger than it is. The building has 24-hour doorman, so security is great. Overall, great place to live!

Very nice place to live. Everyone is extremely friendly and all the employees of the building are very nice and helpful. Excellent place to live if you work in the area, can walk easily and transportation is everywhere! I highly recommend this place!
