It has been overall a great experience.

my partner and i loved living at OSP. it was in the perfect location in river north that gave us access to great restaurants, bars, parks and the lakefront. our dog loved it too with it being an exceptionally pet-friendly building. the front door staff and maintenance were very responsive and supportive whenever we needed them, and the building is right above a whole foods which was a lifesaver! the one thing about the building that i didn’t particularly like was that the lower floors were converting to airbnb units. we lived on a higher floor which remained all residents but we had a lot of new faces on a weekly basis around the building. there was never an issue and the airbnb guests were always respectful, but this is just something you should know about the building.

Management is very responsive, and the property is well maintained. Amenities are great, though utilities are higher than I expected. Noise travels a bit too much for my liking, but I'm not sure realistically what can be done about that from an infrastructure standpoint.

This apartment is very comfortable and enjoyable to live at. Very convenient for public transportation, and in the heart of the river north restaurant and bar scene. Secure, great gym and pool, spacious rooms with lots of windows. The con is that this building is gaining competition with many more buildings being built around the neighborhood with better amenities.

I love the convenience of 1 W. Superior. The amenity floor is useful - library, business center, coffee room, gym and outdoor pool. The pool is my favorite spot in the summer - it gets sunlight all day long! The staff is friendly and helpful. I plan to stay until I buy.

Great views, helpful staff, quick maintenance response, amazing amenities, friendly neighbors! Perfect place for young adults and families. Amazingly convenient location, close to red line, Jewel, delicious restaurants and bars, above Whole Foods, and walking distance from the lake!

Good amenities and good location. Wish the leasing office would be more responsive. There should be more than 2 people allowed per person in the pool area, this takes away some of the draw of the building. Closeness to whole foods is amazing. Thin walls in renovated units.

I love my building and everything it has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff, quick maintenance calls, amazing amenities, and great neighbors! Right above Whole Foods, close to Jewel, an abundance of restaurants nearby, walking distance to the lake!

Awesome place! Love it! It is a good location and the people are all very nice. Great restaurants all around with alot of stuff happening. The apartment has an ample amount of sunshine and everything is awesome! the management is great as well. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location, with train and bus options to get all over the city. In the building, the click cafe, library, gym, party room and business center are key. In the summer the deck and pool are the place to be. The building is also dog friendly & has a dog run on the 6th floor is a fun social place for the dogs.
