Great building downtown

RJR Building is really overlooked. The apartments all have massive windows with great views of downtown, you can walk literally anywhere, and it's only a 9 minute drive to campus. Management is great, very on top of everything and there's rarely a maintenance delay. Walls and doors are thick, I've never even heard another apartment while inside my own, even when you can hear music in the halls. The rent is a little pricey, but for what you get it really can't be beat in my opinion. If you're coming from a major city, the rent will seem comparatively low which is why I ended up living there.

Great Apartment, Incredible Location, God Bless the Hotel

These apartments are above an active hotel in the historic RJ Reynolds Tobacco Building downtown. It's great because any need you might have as a resident can be met by the hotel staff, typically for free. Often, fitness classes or community events are offered free of charge.
