Unique Floorplans

The floorplans are spacious and every single one is unique. Pretty good deal for how much space you get.

It’s ok

It’s convenient to downtown and the school the rent is the best for the amenities and the aesthetic you get for being downtown. They added valet trash too. Downside, the area isn’t as safe, walls are thin and the other residents are annoying sometimes but other than that it’s decent. Not the best but also not the worst. The units are really pretty too since it’s an old factory so you get the tall ceilings and exposed brick.
