Very close proximity to clinic
Worst experience
I regret my decision moving here. They lure you with refurnished apartments.
Their rent service is pathetic. They never help you. Cars get towed from the property even if it is registered on the property. The property managers never help. They announce sudden closures for full days in the morning of a weekday. Their office staff is worse, they would never pick up the phone. Their refurnished apartments are priced at sky high rate, they are no even remotely close to downtown palatine, Their parking sucksssss big time. They don't have enough spots to park on the property and they have ridiculous service on for the guest parking. I would not recommend anyone to even come here. They will just lure you with their fancy office space but they take zero responsibility of fixing anything in the apartment.
Meridian
The location is wonderful, very safe, and with new outdoor renovations underway on the property as of this year (2024). The apartments themselves are also very spacious and with lots of sunlight. There has been issues at times with management on inconsistency in payment requests and issues with receiving aid in time for services requested. However, overall nice and quiet area, very close to grocery stores and food spots.
Grandview Apartments Review
It's a nice apartment, spacious, in a secluded area so in terms of tenant noise level it's low. Right next to the highway, so sometimes that can get loud but personally I like a little background noise. It has a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, 2 pools, fitness center, and outside and inside lounge areas. Very large complex so nice and safe to go on walks/runs. Pet friendly. Grandview Ave is a short drive, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, things to do there. Overall good, but it can be pricey if you're living alone. About an 8 minute drive to Med Campus, but can take up to 15 with traffic.
Hoover + Greene Review
Pricey but super nice - lots of grad students!
Hoover + Greene Convertible Apartment
Definitely pay for what you get, very quiet, clean, and close to the law school with an easy walk/easy bus stop.

Good place to live close to campus

This is a wonderful place to live!
High Quality But Expensive Location Good For Couples Splitting Rent
High quality apartment with great amenities and good management. However, it is expensive and you pay for the high quality that you receive. Good location for couples who will be splitting rent.
The best ever!
A little pricey, but definitely worth it if you want to be comfortable.
Very Nice!
I really enjoy the modern touches of the appliances and throughout the building. Property manager and leasing agent are very nice! Only downside is that it’s hard to get out of the garage on game days.
Industry Pittsburgh Review
Best luxury living in 15206!
Horrible, dont live here
Management lies, they don't fix anything. You'll go weeks at a time without heat, electric, or water. They make up charges and put them under utilities. There are no sprinklers in the apartments, nor are there any fire extinguishers. Again, no not live here.
Meridian at Grandview Review
Overall, a solid apartment to live in. Maintenace is usually quick to fix any problems. Gym and parking within the complex. Also, 2 pools open during the summer.
Good apartments - Great locations
The Meridian at Grandview is a great place to live. This is true in no small part due to the great location. Walking to get groceries is a dream. And being so close to campus and a multitude of bus routes puts a variety of opportunities in reach. Living in Grandview is great. The apartments themselves are good, and the staff are amazing. But the real winner here is the location. Overall, I would say that I am very satisfied with our living situation.
