The Row at Twenty Sixth Apartments reviews and highlights
- wonderful location
- great amenities
- safe gated community
- ample parking for residents and guests
- great place for young professionals
Nice location still quiet
This apartment complex has a really nice location, just in buckhead, almost in midtown. Just a mile away from Peachtree Street, next to a part of the beltline where you can go outside. Also has a nice tennis court and pool, barbecue, gym, everything you need.

Amazing Apartment Complex
Fantastic location and quality. Highly recommended. Bryson square offers a safe community with great kitchen spaces, too! The management is responsive to complaints. Drawbacks: far away trash compacter, sometimes slow internet. Overall, an excellent place to live as a student or young professional.

Beautiful space, terrible management
I love my actual apartment. Everything is nice and updated, and we have a ton of space. I share a bathroom, which is kind of annoying, but not too bad. The management here, however, is a nightmare. It takes weeks/months to get maintenance done. They're not super friendly and act like you're bugging them when you pick up packages or follow-up (multiple times) for maintenance. I've found you have to go in and bug them to fix your apartment or it won't get done. Additionally, the only internet they allow here, Broadstar, is terrible. We had to upgrade to the highest speed (the actual speed is not even close to what they advertise), which is outrageously expensive. Broadstar is a joke between Bryson Square residents. Overall, I would recommend living here just because the apartments are so nice and the location is great, but be prepared for the slow maintenance response and terrible internet.

Living Experience
The front leasing office is super helpful and nice. Rent prices are controlled and are under market, and the location is very close to the entrance to a stretch of the BeltLine. Very dog friendly with lots of waste disposal sites for pets; the pool is always great in the summer!

I like it
I have enjoyed living here and just renewed my lease. It's mostly young professionals with a couple older people, maybe a few kids. The amenities are great (pool, hot tub, gym, business center, tennis court). The grounds and public areas are well kept and I always feel safe. I've only heard bad things about Broadstar internet (which is your only option) so I just use my phone's 4g. There's a train nearby but I rarely notice it anymore. Overall I'm very happy living here. My 1 bedroom floorplan feels spacious and there's tons of storage.

Safe and sound
I love this place! The apartment is like all of the apartments in those apartment homes.. grey carpet, white walls, gated community, etc. I feel very safe, I like that there is a security patrol. The pool isn't the nicest ever and I'm happy that I don't live right next to it because of the noise.

Nothing to Complain About
We've lived here for about 5 years. We are looking to move into a different unit within the same apartment complex just so we can get a bit more space. We've been happy customers for the last five years which should tell you how much we love living here. We haven't anything to complain about and would certainly recommend living at Bryson Square to others!

Safe
I feel much safer than in the old apartment complex the pool is nice the management is good I like the tennis court is is nicely maintained. It is more expensive than my old apartment even though the location is not better but it is still far away from peachtree street.

Bryson Square
Wonderful location. The leasing and maintenance staff are great and help you out the best way they can. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I have enjoyed my time at Bryson Square. You're basically paying for the location. I always felt safe there.

So Far, So Good
My roommate and I moved in this August and we have enjoyed our living space & new community thus far. While there are a few management issues, overall we are enjoying our stay and looking forward to our time at Bryson Square.
The community is a safe space and the visitor and resident gate entrances allow for an easy access for guests, while still maintaining safety.
