Eugenie Terrace on the Park reviews and highlights
- amenities are good
- the apartments are a little expensive
- the rooftop pool is a great spot in the summer to meet some other neighbors
- building has one of the best apartment gyms I've ever used
- units are beautiful
- love the view from my apartment
Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced
The management here is the worst! They have no sense of respect and every year the rent goes up with at least $200 to force you out of the building and get new residents in for a way too expensive rent. The building is nice, clean and updated. The amenities are good too but the management company ruins everything.
