Great choice
Environs at East 54 is quiet, has great amenities, and is super convenient within walking distance to Walgreens, First Watch, Fresh Market, and several fancy hair and nail salons. The Finley Golf Course is right behind so great views. The apartments are also built to be condos so very spacious with good soundproofing.
This place is only a 7-13 minute drive to business school, with no traffic most of the time.
There is a bus stop right outside of my building but I would still recommend driving because the bus here is not always on time.

?
High quality apartments, great amenities, etc. The walkable restaurants and retail options are quite limited (particularly compared to apartments like the Berkshire). More of a quiet community than the Berkshire or the Morgan (for better or worse.) I was the only MBA in my class to live here and I believe 2 or 3 MBAs in the class of 25 live here. Very close to campus- no easily walkable routes, however.

Great location, nice place
My family and I enjoy the nearby walking trails and proximity to campus and groceries/shopping. My bike ride to school is just over 2 miles away (takes between 10-15 min). The best route is an off-road trail that runs alongside the UNC golf course and botanical gardens.
The apartment itself is comfortable and nice. The closet space is great. I’ve been in previous apartments where you can hear just about everything your neighbors do. That hasn’t been an issue here. You can pay extra for covered parking, or just accept the free outdoor parking. It’s pricier than I’d like to be paying but my family and I are happy here.

Luxury building, modern amenities
The property has both condos for sale and apartments for rent. Close to campus and Franklin street. One of the nicest complexes in Chapel Hill

Luxury apartment with walkable retail
I have enjoyed living at environs. Having a grocery store, Walgreens, and a few restaurants/bars nearby really helps. While I'd rather be on Franklin it would be tough to find as nice of a place there.
