90% of people in the building go to school here
There are tons of things to do, when you have a break from reading. Staff are very friendly, and service is amazing. The main lobby and amenities are also very clean and always work. The gym is nice and has almost everything needed. Rent is very reasonable and the location is unbeatable-5 minute walk to class. Very safe

Law Student @ Metropolitan
I think living at the Metropolitan is great option if you're looking to be in walking distance to the law school and around other law students. It seems like half of the building is occupied by Campbell students. The office staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful with the leasing process, even if you're doing it all from out-of-state.
If you have a dog, the Met is super dog friendly. They have a dog park inside the locked gates of the property, which is nice when you have to take your dog out at night. Although, I have walked my dog in the area around the building at night and have not had any safety concerns.
What I will say is to be aware of the fact that, because of the type of construction of the building, you will be able to hear everything that happens in the hallway outside your door and, unless you live on the top floor, you will be able to hear your neighbors a lot if they're not considerate. There are times when my plates in my cabinets shake because of my heavy-footed upstairs neighbor. There is also not a ton of natural light coming into the apartment if your unit faces the pool.
I do think that the rent prices for the units are a bit high, but it does come with the benefit of not having to commute to school. You're also walking distance a lot of the fun things to do in downtown, without being in an area where it gets too loud and rowdy.

Great location. I don't have a car so I walk everyday and it's only 5 minutes at most.

The Metro is the best!
The Metro is in a great location, walking distance to both the school and the night life. The management alone is wonderful and make you feel right at home. The continuously try to create events geared towards the Campbell law students. This creates a close community with other law students, but they also have events for everyone. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
