Pretty good for the price

My experience has been pretty good. While I have had some maintenance issues, all the maintenance staff have been efficient and effective, and have even checked back in with me days later to make sure everything was still working. The two pools are nice and the landscaping is well maintained. This is a family-friendly apartment, and there are very few Wake Forest Students who live here. We have had some noise issues from our upstairs and downstairs neighbors, but most of the noise was coming from their dogs, and it got better after they aged out of the puppy stage. In general, management is responsive, and is very friendly in person. However, management is not good about sending maintenance requests to the maintenance staff unless it is "emergent." My air conditioner broke after hours and the office refused to send a maintenance person because it was not emergent unless it was 85 degrees outside. It was 84 outside and projected to reach above 85.
