Solid Option

Close to Wake Forest University; as a single woman, I've never felt unsafe; relatively responsive for an apartment rental company; not fancy, but serves the purpose; rates increasing at ridiculous rates, but that might just be the market

Decent Apartment

Pros: Responsive management, close to the university, low rent.
Cons: small kitchen, low water pressure, not near social events

Love it here

I enjoy living here! It is definitely not the most upscale apartment in Winston, but it is cheap and has everything I need. Sometimes management can be slow to fix issues, but that honestly does not bother me. The people who live here are very nice and I feel safe. I have not had any major issues while living here.

Great Area, close to drive to campus, friendly staff and neighbors

My one gripe is that the rooms have sparse overhead lighting, so I needed to invest in lamps. Otherwise, besides a little age, I love it here.
