Rosemary Village is right in the heart of town. It is perfect location for 2 roommates that are looking to be close to restaurants and bars. The units are relatively new with nice features.

Rosemary Village is a great place to live with a roommate.

Each townhouse condo unit is 4 floors:
1 - living room and kitchen
2 - bedroom and full bath
3 - bedroom and full bath
4 - rooftop deck (some with a hot tub!)

Each person has their own floor and bathroom for privacy when you want it. Then the main floor and rooftop deck serve as shared space to hang out together when you want to socialize. Unit layout varies, but each come with washer dryer as well.

Parking: one spot comes included with rent (either in a 1 car garage below your place or in the lot adjacent to the building), we rent a second spot from the gravel lot across the street for $100/month

Location: walking distance to everything on Franklin and Rosemary (bars and restaurants), also walking distance to Carrboro!, 10 minutes drive to school

Safety: it borders a pretty rough neighborhood behind Rosemary Street, which can be concerning, so you must be careful to keep your doors locked at all times. I have never felt personally unsafe walking home at night but I always walk with a friend - wouldn't be comfortable walking alone

Rosemary Village has been a great place to live.
