Great Place
Newly remodeled; new appliances and floors. Relatively quiet neighborhood; good insulation; no package thieves;
Main downside is no yard space

Integrity Heights (2560 Overlook)
Good apartment- pretty newly renovated and modern. One of the best features are the bathrooms, but the size of the apartment and amenities (laundry room w washer & dryer in unit, walk in pantry, electric fireplace) are also really nice. The building itself is older so there are some quirks, but generally manageable. The neighborhood is quiet and very residential. Management group is not the most responsive, but generally fine (live and let live).

Integrity is a mixed experience
Integrity has a lot of old buildings in the Cleveland Heights area. The plus side is that they do a nice job renovating old buildings and their maintenance staff is exceptional. The negative is that their buildings are still really old structures with poor climate control and sound insulation. Experience with management is hit-or-miss but it seems to have taken a downturn this year. This is my 6th year with the company and it will probably be my last.

?
Integrity is very responsive, and my roommate and I have loved living here for the past 5 years. In my unit there is in-unit laundry but this is not the case for every unit. There is limited covered parking (5 spots, $50/month) which is fantastic if you can snag a spot. Surface lots are about a 3 minute walk away otherwise. The building is kinda old so the floors do creak, which means you’ll hear your neighbors overhead. Heating is via steam furnesses which 1) we don’t control which can be annoying and 2) are somewhat noisy. Integrity is regularly refurbishing the building which means you’ll benefit from the upgrades but probably be annoyed by the construction as well.

Renovated 2 bed/2 bath with two parking spaces
Enormous unit for two roommates who want some space. In-unit laundry. Two parking spaces in adjacent garage (not guaranteed). Renovated kitchen. Heat included and it does get hot in this place without the windows open year-round. This building has been renovated one unit at a time for the past few years which has caused some really noisy months but I think they're done.

ehh...
First of all, the apt itself is very old. My biggest complaint is that I can hear everything from the neighbors just walking upstairs to the dogs barking downstairs. I also feel horrible when I walk around at 5am to get ready to leave for rotations because I know my neighbors downstairs can hear my every step. Also the furnace is quite loud and you have no control over it during the winter months. I've literally kept my windows open all winter because it got way too hot. Also parking in the garage they offer is a nightmare. It's tiny.
The good things about the apt is that the owners are very responsive to any maintenance issue. Also it is super spacious. We don't have enough furniture to cover the place. We have a sunroom that never gets used.

Integrity apartment in Cleveland Heights
Maintenance and management are pretty responsive, which is nice. One annoying thing is that you have to do laundry next door, and you need a reloadable laundry card to do that. When the radiators are on it gets pretty damn hot in the apartment(so much so that we need to open the windows in the dead of winter). There have been a couple of times where I've been late on rent but wasn't charged a late fee, so the management is pretty forgiving and flexible.
Location is pretty nice, walking distance to both Coventry and Cedar-Fairmount. About a 20-25 min walk to UH.

Newly renovated, with some issues
I think all units in this building have been completely renovated, with my garden level unit being built just prior to my residence. All rooms are very nice, with new appliances and in unit utilities (washer/dryer). My only complaint is that although it is a new unit, the building is old and has had some issues. You can't control heat (our apartment is always very hot), there have been a few leaks, and our neighbors are loud. Other than that, it is a very nice place for a good value. I will be staying in my apartment next year.

2560 Overlook
The units in this building have varying levels of renovation. For the most recently renovated, they are very attractive with nice kitchens but you do pay for it. Another plus is that they are pretty large with long floor plans. This lets you and your roommate spread out and feel almost like you each have your own place. Of course, this benefit is diluted if you decide to cram four people into a two- or three-bedroom unit. That's up to you.
There are some nice parking spots but you have to may have to spend some time on the waiting list in order to get one. Otherwise, you're going to have to park at a nearby building or a city lot that's about a block away. 20-25 min. walk to school.
The management company is very responsive and does great work. They have exceeded our expectations on multiple occasions. Yearly rent increases have been modest.

Great apartment but the thermostat is out of whack
The apartment is great. Modern, brand new appliances in kitchen, spacious rooms, new bathroom, in unit washer/dryer. I love living in Cleveland Heights, although the walk to school can get old in the winter time. My one main complaint is the thermostat - the building is very old, although our apartment is new. We can't control the thermostat of the apartment, and are thus at the mercy of the building's automatic thermostat, so it can get pretty warm in the winter time. Also, there were a few leaks, which was an inconvenience.
