Expensive, but worth a look
My experience has been fantastic so far, management takes care of everything. I feel as if when I come home, it truly is my sanctuary. Modern amenities with a well thought out design concept that for picky people like me, nail the small details apartments normally skimp on; proper lighting, cabinet placement, storage options, all while allowing enough natural light. Hard to find in the city even with a bigger budget for a 1 bdrm, but, love my space.

Love it here!
Love One Dallas Center! A bit pricey, but awesome management, great location, and lots of space.

Downtown Dallas Reviews
I have always slept with earplugs but I don't find Downtown Dallas to be particularly noisy at night. There are a lot of sirens from fire/ambulance but there is not a lot of noise from people being rowdy at night. There is obviously more on the weekends but still not enough to really be a bother. If you move to a downtown area, more noise than in a suburban neighborhood is to be expected.
Disappointing things about downtown: there is no grocery store! There is a CVS and several 7/11s but no grocery store in walking distance.
-walking outside is fine during the day, but I would buddy-system at night if you are a girl.
The Deep Ellum community is friendly and you will always see people jogging or walking their dogs in the area.
