Run!
The location is fabulously close to shopping and dining. Management is horrible. They will refuse your packages and not inform you that this is a possibility. Senior management refuses to answer emails complaining about service. Maintenance requests will not be completed for at least 7 days if you have a large dog because the maintenance supervisor is afraid of them even though the complex has no weight limit on dogs. The place is nice but not worth the price. The retention rate is horrible. Moving trucks are present constantly because people are moving out and moving in. The manager is the most unprofessional individual that I have ever met. She even continued to put on facial lotion while I was speaking with her. They just changed management companies for the 3rd time so hopefully these new people will be better than the last. Just save yourself the trouble and do not live here. I will not be renewing.

Poor quality for a "luxury apartment" building
Uptown rent prices for an apartment close enough to love field to hear all of the planes. Thin walls with apartments close enough together to hear neighbors. Parking garage was not safe and poorly lit. Charged extra for "reserved" parking spots. Management confused our lease papers several times.
