I have lived here for a year and a half now, and I cannot wait for my lease to end in July! Rent is on the higher side for the area and does not include any utilities, which they didn't exactly make clear when my roommate and I were apartment shopping. While the apartment is nicer than other properties due to fireplaces, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, they are not worth the price we pay. The kitchen is also extremely small and offers limited space for storage. There is a gym; however, it is very small and half of the cardio machines do not work. While I like that there is no gate to get into the complex, this can make parking difficult on the weekends when other residents let their guests' leave their cars over night. People end up having to park along the curb or outside the complex, which is frustrating for residents. The leasing office employees tend to be rude and not friendly. The only positives about this apartment are the location and safety. I like being right next to Lenox Park and feel very safe being outside in the dark. Both 400 and I-85 are easily accessible as well.

I loved living at Berkshire at Lenox Park. The location was amazing. I had a perfect view of Lenox Park and was able to take my dog on a walk through the park every day. I always felt safe living there and management was always on top of it if there were any issues. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend.

The Berkshires is an awesome value for the money in Lenox Park, however they're doing renovations right now and although my apartment hasn't been affected, I've heard horror stories. Busted pipes, flooding, etc. With that being said, management is fairly responsive. The renovations are finishing up soon and it will look nice! Nothing too fancy on the inside of the apartments, but they're a nice value and it feels safe.

My favorite part about living at the Berkshires at Lenox Park is the access to the park directly behind the building. The park is an amazing location to run, walk, picnic, hammock, etc. I also love that you can walk to Marta, Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza
