Verano Place reviews and highlights

Good for students
The Verano is as good option for students. Really close to campus, reasonable price, and convenient - that said, it could use a bit of landscape work.

Verano Place
Cheap, clean, and great location. Management seems to always have some sort of construction going on in the 3 months since we've moved in tho.

Great Value
Pros:
-Price (probably have the best deal in Orange County).
-Safe
-Maintenance fixes problem within hours
-Close to ARC, public buses and located on UCI Campus
-Close to plaza with restaurants and Albertsons
-The heat works great when it gets cold
-Small balcony
Cons:
-The apartment is small (although every sq ft is well utilized).
-Too hot in the summer and no central AC
-Balcony is too small
-Storage space is lacking, but it's manageable

Cozy house
+ Cheaper than private apartment, close to campus, safe for children (far from the road), the amenities are complete.
- Bed room in the 2nd floor, and the floor is made from wood. so if you have baby, sometimes the baby wake up when we stepping because of the noise.
- There is no AC, so open your window widely in summer time!!.
