Biggest perk: close to campus
Palo Verde apartments are relatively new and nice, and are very close to the law school especially. Apartments aren't big but they are certainly big enough.

Great Option for Law Students
Only a fifteen minute walk to the law school, really convenient and affordable.

?
The facilities are disgusting. There is always trash and everything is always dirty in the community rooms.

Inexpensive and close to campus
The rent is less expensive than surrounding, off-campus apartments, and the free parking and proximity to the law school campus make it very affordable and convenient. It's very bare bones with some "cheaper" appliances and furnishings, but that is what probably makes it less expensive. Maintenance is very prompt, and it's easy (and free) to reserve community rooms for events! Great apartments for the short time we're at school!

Nothing bothersome. Generic Irvine.
Probably the best thing about it is that there is nothing really bad. Oh, and its safe. Everything else is kinda Irvine blah.

PV
I have been living in the PV for almost 2 years and never found a significant problem. The building is good and everything is working.
Summer could be a little challenging because the PV does not equipped with AC. However, for me Irvine is not too hot during the summer, so its good.

Spartan living, but it does the job
I have a 1b/1b studio in Palo Verde. It is the size of a large hotel room. Kitchen is in the bedroom. No Frills, not a lot of storage. It is a 4 minute bike ride downhill to Merage. You really cannot beat $849 in Irvine, CA.
If you are looking to party or go to bars, living on campus or in Irvine in general is probably not for you.

Palo Verde
I have a two-year old. So on campus housing is literally the best. Less pricey than off-campus. Lots of kids in PV and VP. Free parking and walking distance to campus.

Very convenient
Quite old apartments but super close to the school and with a really good price. The environment is friendly and the location in Irvine close to Newport and Laguna is awesome.
