Grad Student Apartments
Large and spacious rooms and bathroom. Living room is also large. Had some bug and mold issues. Good for students, but does not come with a microwave or dishwasher.

Overall No Complaints
For the most part, things that need to be fixed are fixed pretty quickly, save for the one time when we first moved in and the drawer was broken. We reported the broken drawer in August, but it wasn't fixed until late November/early December. Besides that, other requests for maintenance are addressed within the week or so.
The apartments are nice enough overall. No bugs, clean facilities, etc. No A/C, but I don't think many apartments in the area offer that A/Cs in general. There is just enough of community vibe here, with occasional free breakfasts, monthly dinners, access to a common area that's perfect to host small events, free compost bins, a community garden, etc.
I've also been locked out of my apartment once, and the response was quite quick.
The only other problem I've had is with getting many packages delivered to my mailbox, with some of my Amazon orders that were undeliverable to the Amazon locker getting lost, but Amazon is really good about things like that, so I was only partially annoyed by this whole ordeal.
The option to allow guests to park is also relatively straight-forward and each resident is allotted a good amount of hours (I think each resident gets 600+ hours or something).

Decent Apartment
The apartment itself is nice. It's big and has a lot of nice facilities. My biggest gripe is that the noise levels are out of control. There seems to be very little insulation so if you live on the second floor, be prepared to hear your downstairs neighbors bumping music at all hours and your upstairs neighbors to be stomping around.
I also had termites earlier this year, as well as a huge problem with spiders. They literally live in my room.

Biggest perk: close to campus
Palo Verde apartments are relatively new and nice, and are very close to the law school especially. Apartments aren't big but they are certainly big enough.

Pretty Good
The staff at PV are not particularly friendly. I've had mostly cold interactions with the people who work in the housing office. The community itself and the property are nice. I like the gardens, although I do not have time to partake in the gardening myself. I wish that there was more programming available through PV itself, like the yoga that is occasionally offered. Further, graduate housing should have more singles available for grad students. Also, it would be really nice to have a pool.

Good, clean, mostly quiet
Tons of beautiful flowers in the spring. Spacious. No elevators. Good laundry facilities and easy parking. Close to gym. Hear lots of coyotes at night. Newish apartments.

Nice Quiet Place
Pros:
Walls are thick so we barely noticed we had neighbors!
Quiet area;
Close to the gym;
Close to the law school;
Barbecue areas;
Community lounge is close by and easily accessible;
Response time to work orders is very quick (I used it three times);
Fairly large living room;
Good size bathroom;
Feels safe; I can leave the door unlocked with no worries.
Cons:
No A/C;
carpet is hard and not the best looking;
No dogs allowed;
Connecting devices to the wifi is a pain and sometimes impossible for some devices (because of the registration);

?
The facilities are disgusting. There is always trash and everything is always dirty in the community rooms.

Great apartment
I love my apartment. It's nicely sized and pretty nice overall. The shower is pretty small, though. And the stove/oven needs upgrading. Also, my room is considerably smaller than my roommates' room. But, her room faces the sun and she has problems with hearing noisy people outside, which I don't have a problem with where my room is. Our neighbors are very loud, though, and they stomp around a lot. And we've complained a few times and no changes have occurred.
