New apartments, decently nice, complex is far from everything
I chose to move out here because I wanted a nicer, newer apartment and am willing to drive to get to places. The rent is high, but I am happy with the quality of the apartment. Has A/C which is not always available in Ithaca apartments. Parking is relatively easy.

Reasonable Price, But Comes at a Cost
In terms of price per square foot, it's a great value. The interiors are new, has hardwood flooring, and the floor plan is spacious. It's close to Target and a few other stores. However, the building lacks secured entry and is further away from campus.

Great apartment complex. Friendly staff. Quieter part of town.

Great Value
Great value for more space. About 10-15 minutes from campus.

Great Studio option, best for those with a car.
Great, clean apartment with good, new amenities. The privacy of a studio is great and it is a quick drive to campus. There is also a bus that stops directly at the complex that goes to Cornell and has a stop at Sage Hall.

Solid place to live - No major complaints
Good mix of graduate students and working individuals. Noise has not been an issue, although I can occasionally hear other apartments. Pets are allowed, but pet noise has not been an issue from me.
There is bus service to the complex but I think service stops at 7 pm. Therefore, a car is almost required. The Triphammer mall complex is close (5 mins) which makes grocery, gym, and movies convenient.
The management office is fairly responsive. The complex is all new within the past 3-5 years. They are still finishing some of the buildings, but construction noise isn't an issue. Construction hours are generally about 8 am to 5 pm, weekdays. I think management gets overwhelmed with payment tracking (I think they need a better computer system), so I always take my check in and get a receipt or put the check in the dropbox enough time in advance that it will clear my bank by the 5th of the month.
Being further out than most complexes, it is very quiet here, which I think most residents like and respect. I've enjoyed it here (I've lived here all 3 years of law school). I feel very safe here.
