Very good place, better to have a car
The place is quiet and well maintained. Although it’s a bit off-center located, the place is connected by two routes of buses (one each on the west and east entrance.) But if you have a car, you will find this place is even better.

Love it!
I was unable to conduct an in-person housing search, so I only looked at apartment companies. I am paying a little more than I would like, but I love the new management company and the amenities included with my apartment. My apartment is very spacious and newly renovated. It is close to the 62 bus route which takes approximately 5-7 minutes to get to campus. It is also a 30-35 minute walk from campus. It is a large, quiet community and pet friendly. It is near the south campus athletic complexes (i.e. soccer, tennis, gymnastics).

Great comfortable place to live
Very reasonable prices, apartments are big and comfortable. Management always fixes our issues within hours of submitting the request. Very secure with lots of parking and green areas for pets.

Great for Pet Owners and Auto Enthusiasts
Spacious floor plans close to commercial amenities, the Big House, and the university golf course. Garages and car ports are available with a dog park inside the complex. Great pool, BBQ area and a nice clubhouse that features a gym. Floor plans are spacious, with balconies, vaulted ceilings and fire places available for the top floor apartments. Highly recommended for those who have pets and car storage needs. Distance from Ross and downtown Ann Arbor are the major downsides.

Expensive and Far From Ross
This has been a great apartment community for my personal needs. However, the property is very far from Ross (it's 1.25 miles south of Michigan Stadium). The property was recently bought out by a new management company. I am not impressed with the new management team. Repairs and maintenance are addressed promptly, but their demeanor is not pleasant and they are significantly increasing the rents. My original reason for living in this property (aside from its many amenities) was that it was discounted relative to the properties located closer to the Ross campus. However, with the new management team's price increases, I'm not sure that I would have ended up living here again if I were new.

Great Location, Pricy
I live 1.5 miles from campus which many MBA students find to be too far. I like it because I can live away from campus but "opt-in" to activities around town. When I want to disconnect from people, it is a great location to just be alone. The apartment community is quiet and the management team is quality. My apartment looks directly at the soccer stadium and I can catch the 62 UM State bus at the tennis courts which is a 5 minute walk. Pros and cons are listed elsewhere but a con is the expense. A big pro is being 10 minute walk (4 minute drive) to Busch's Grocery Store and other stores you may want.

Nice community
Management is responsive and nice team. I know several full-time MBA family live here so that you can exchange information and make friends. Residents are nice and there has been no noise problem so far (I live in 3rd floor).
