The Sansom reviews and highlights
- Front desk people are very nice and responsive
- Not really a great "value", but in my opinion it is an excellent price for the quality
- Maintenance has been pretty responsive and the property owners are friendly
- Good building that's only a couple years old
- TV/Wi-Fi lounge is nice and it has a small outdoor patio
- Brand new building
- All the appliances are new
- Amenities are new and very well taken care of
- Units have loft-style features and the building's clean
- Only downside to the apartments facing Ionic Street (the back alley) is the noise from the trash trucks
- The walls are thin and you may hear your neighbors
- One bedrooms are really spacious
- Gym is nice, but pretty small
- Love having the washer and dryer in the apartment
- Staff is incredibly friendly
- Fantastic location
Great new building
Spacious, hardwood floors, and pearl properties are responsive and easy to deal with. Location is another plus. However the apartments don't get much direct sunlight and need extra lamps because ceiling lights aren't sufficient. The other major drawback is that the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly

Great brand new building, though a little noisy at times
1. The building is new, opened this Fall 2. It is super clean and organized 3. The location is close to everything in center city, where almost all Wharton Students lives 4. As it is located in Sansom Street, it is just one block from the bus to go and come back from school; Also, there are always taxis around, for the colder days 5. It is a 25-30 minutes walk from school 6. My apartment faces the back alley it is a 3rd floor; So there is a lot of noise from air conditioners and also trucks early in morning; Also it is really dark 7. The one bedroom size is decent 8. There are washer and dryer inside the apartment 9. Maintenance is efficient, but they can come whenever they want, even when there is nobody at home 10. The gym is tiny

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
