PARKING IS THE WORST ! I hate coming home around 8pm and literally driving around for 30 mins for a spot. Management has yet to do anything about the parking situation, and I truly feel as if they don't care. New manager is ok but once took over, we were all forced to switch over to Time Warner which i was not happy about since i had a package deal with my current cable provider.

Living here has been quiet and experience. First off PARKING IS HORRIBLE and management does not care at all!!! If your not home by 7pm, then good luck on finding a parking spot at all and you definitely won't find one near your building. You are forced to get Time Warner so there is no other option as far as internet & cable.

Ok place to live. Close to public transportation and some fast food places. Apartment is kinda cheaply made, but you get what you pay for. If you don't like Time Warner then don't move here b/c per management no other internet provider is allowed to be at this complex. PARKING IS HORRIBLE AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!!!!

It's a decent apartment . For the most part it is quiet. Some things in the apartment are cheap and break easily. For the most part the ladies in the office are helpful. Was not happy that I was forced to switch over to Time Warner cable when I already had an internet service.

Close to downtown so it is a good location. Parking is HORRIBLE and there is a huge waitlist. Management has yet to get the parking situation resolved even with a new manager. Maintenance guys are good and respond in a timely manner, Close to fast food places and 2 corner stores.

This apartment can't complex is the wrost to live in. No parking available. For actual Residents and they pushed all the visitors parking to the back where most residents live. Shitty management no better then the last they had there, slow response time to work orders

This apartment complex is so unorganized. The management team here sucks, the front office workers are rude. No immediate parking for residents, all visitors parking pushed to the back of the complex, tenants hold parking space for family and friends, non-Residents come and park their cars here and catch a ride with a coworker and leave their car in that tenants spot so said tenants will have parking when they get home..

It's a decent apartment for the price I pay. Parking is horrible and there is also a waitlist for a car port. New management is ok but she hasn't made the apartment any better than the last manager. Sometimes I feel like a bother when I call the office.
