Convenient location, great amenities & friendly staff, residents and pets!

315 on A is amazing! The awesome views from the roof deck and sky lounge, the convenience of the gym and the fact that they welcome pets of ALL sizes makes the value of this place unbeatable. The location is perfect- 5 minute walk to South Station, 20 minute walk to pretty much anywhere else in the city. The neighborhood has a ton of great restaurants and bars and is especially nice in the summer with the seaport so close by. We are very happy here!

Great Location, Great View

Perfect location for walking to work in the Financial District. Quick walk to the Seaport, Southie, and only 5 minute walk to South Station. Great amenities and common space. Awesome rooftop with city view and great way to meet neighbors. We love our apartment!
