Good Place for the Money

Rent here is quite a bit cheaper than other complexes. The apartments are a little bit outdated, but not in a way that makes them a challenge to live in. Campus is about a 20 minute drive away, 30 with traffic, but if you have a car, it doesn't feel like an issue at all.

You Get What You Pay For

The rent is reasonable and the distance from Vanderbilt is alright (about 20 minutes). But the apartment is definitely more rundown. Complex itself is decent. Plenty of amenities.
