Great place to live for the price
Great place to live for the price but right by the highway so it is extremely loud. Have to pay for guest parking ($12) which is strange, other than that it’s a great location and maintenance is always on top of anything you need.

I like it here
Close to I40, campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. Management office has odd hours, but they typically answer any texts same day. Quiet community.

Resigning
I have loved living in this apartment complex and I am resigning the lease when it ends this year. I wish that I had found this place my first year in Nashville! It's right off the interstate which is really convenient. I wish they would keep the pool season longer though.
