Tribeca Park - expensive, but lots of amenities

Great apartment building with lots of families. Pool and gym in building, as well as a beautiful rooftop with views of the Hudson River and parts of NYC. However, apartments are expensive, and the building can no longer be considered "new construction."

Battery Park City Reviews

3 reviews
Battery Park City is an amazing place for families, pet owners, and people who love being able to go for a run in NYC. It feels incredibly safe at pretty much all times. That said, the social scene is somewhat lacking as the area generally dies down at night and it's very hard to convince people to go out in Battery Park City relative to other neighborhoods.
Lots of open space and beautiful runs/walks along the water. Good restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre, but not a huge bar / social scene.
Only downside I can say is there aren't as many restaurants and bars as busier parts of the city, but depending on the night that can be a nice thing.
