Lovely building

Very wonderful building. Great staff, close to school, great gym, great view. Honestly it is a dream to live here. It is expensive so I share with my sister and that brings us down to paying about 1600$ each per month to share about 700 square feet which is plenty for us but depends if you would want more space.

I love it! The only downside is the cost, but it is so clean and the management really cares about the residents.

It's nice but overpriced.

The staff is great but there is a revolving door of employees. The concierge sometimes doesn't answer the phone. There is no guest parking. Other than that, I feel safe here, the facilities are clean, the pool is 24 hrs, and I love that the employees are super nice.

I have really enjoyed living at Doral View. Where it is more expensive it makes up for in the gorgeous amenities, cleanliness, and community. There are 3 pools, outdoor seating areas, dog parks, tennis courts, etc. and the premises is very well kept. All of the people are very friendly and you can always see someone walking their dogs or out on a run. It’s like its own neighborhood and very close to campus.

I love living here and the staff and amenities are great. It is expensive for students so usually better if you can share the rent with someone.

Great Amenities, Although Expensive and Management could be better.

Love the amenities and Brenda and Stanley (front door staff) are amazing as well as the maintenance staff. Management could be more receptive to suggestions from residents and more accommodating. That being said, with everything being amazing clean and secure, apartment building being built across the way takes away the view that we are paying for as well as a significant level of privacy. Our windows aren't tinted so people can look straight in from the new building. I think rent prices should be decreased as a result of the loss of view and privacy. Would also be nice for them to install some privacy glass if possible. Units are also not that large for what you are paying. Also lots of noise from the street even from over 15 floors up

Great building/management

10 management rating Reviewed by on

Everything about this building/management is exceptional besides that you can hear a lot of noise from the street (but thats to be expected when living in facing an avenue). Also, can hear dogs barking sometimes, but again, to be expected when choosing to live in pet friendly building. Somewhat far from subway lines but close to bus.

The building is new and well managed. The staff are nice. The gym is great. There are a lot of people you can pet or babysit for. There is a pool in the summer. It is lovely but the cost is quite high.
