Great apt, but not in NYC
If you have a spouse who works in New Jersey, Avalon North Bergen is a great option for still being able to get into NYC, with a bus to Port Authority right outside the building. The amenities, such as access to the fitness center and community lounge, and the leasing office accepting packages on your behalf, are great!
