Just under a mile from campus, on the edge of the Ballston neighborhood. Good amenities and value. Includes a small pool and gym.

Nice quiet complex that's slightly farther out but still within a ~5 minute drive to campus

Great location and facilities. Maintenance is very responsive to requests and has fixed the issue promptly or kept me informed of a more extensive repair was needed.
Only critique is that prices here are expensive, utilities and parking are add-ons, and they replace our locks with Latch, a terrible lock you must use through your phone.

Lovely place to live if you are in the following situation:
- live with a partner
- that partner has a job that makes >$70k or so
- the job is north of the city/benefits from easy access to I-93

Commute to BMC is 35-40 minutes via orange line -> silver line. Assembly Row is a great place to live from QOL perspective, as everything you need (groceries, pharmacy, hair dresser, fitness studios, retail) is within <10 minute walk, and orange line is <5 minute walk from Ava. Ava is the most affordable building in Assembly and includes a small gym. Apartment is ~10 years old, clean, with great natural light, and has covered parking (at $130/mo). Wicked small apartment though. No broker fee, accepts pets.

The walls are very thin and you can hear noise from your neighbors and industrial noise from the building throughout the units.

This is a brand new apartment, so there're a few trial and errors (i.e., we still don't have a mailbox key and have to go to USPS for mail and it's November 2024, and we have a few random fire alarms out of no where), but it's spacious, super clean, brand new, relatively more quiet than other apartments. Some staff are really nice, some not so great.

Overall a good experience so far; Sometimes issues such as unnecessary fire alarms, garbage not being collected, etc come up

Amenities are great, but building still in construction

I had some issues like mail box is not yet setup and frequent test alarms which is quite frustrating.

It is a nice community, very close to everything you need on 9th! It’s just a 12-minute bike ride to school.

The brand-new apartments are the best part of it.

Great price for the amenities including parking, pool, gym. Dog friendly. Easy to jump on 93 and 30 mins to school (15 with no traffic).

Overall, it is a great location to live at and attend AU. Everything is pretty good except management takes a long time to respond to emails and aren't super professional. Otherwise, it is a nice building, everyone is very nice, and it is close to campus.

I generally like it. Sometimes the leasing office is unresponsive.

Safe, quiet, nice place to live with a dog park. Worth the price.
