Highly recommend for location and value

This building has a great location and a lot of perks - 24 hour security, a beautiful rooftop, nice floor plans and a good sized gym that doesn't get very crowded. Our apartment is bright and spacious. Any maintenance requests have been filled quickly.

Great management, comfortable space

I am going on my third year as a tenant at 360H in the same apartment. The management is very professional and responsive to any questions/concerns. Rent is a little pricey but I've never had an issue in this building and it's a great location (right by Union Station).

Overpriced but Nice High-Rise Apartment, Unresponsive Management

The apartment itself is upgraded with lots of wonderful amenities, especially an amazing roof top with BBQ areas and a gym. The location is close to Union Station, but the downside is that you have to cross the very windy exposed Hopscotch Bridge and enter through the bus entrance. Close to the H Street attractions a few blocks the other way. Management was kind, but not very responsive to issues, and price was not competitive compared to lower-rise buildings.

360 H

Amenities not impressive compared to similar buildings. Elevators always seem to be broken or in repair. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Generally nice building with a good value for being on H street. Being connected to grocery store is a huge plus.

Great location, decent place

The location is actually perfect. It is so close to Union and the grocery store, plus whole foods is going in very soon. The management is generally fine. I have issues with the billing system and wish everyone would just accept a check once a month. I will probably not stay here when my lease expires just because there are nicer apartments with similar prices (Senate Square). Gym is too small. Some of the interior decoratiosn are a little gaudy.

Just OK

Its fine. Not bad, not great. Wouldnt tell people to avoid it but wouldn't recommend it. Its clean, but amenities, especially compared to the other buildings in the area, and for the price, are minimal. Most buildings offer a lot more. Good location though.

H Street Corridor Reviews

8 reviews
H Street Corridor is a great option. It is close to downtown, and has a growing number of bars and restaurants. There are a few grocery stores nearby, with more to come. It can be noisy if near actual H Street, but plenty of quieter, residential areas just a few blocks away. It is fairly safe, but as in most areas, you should be aware of your surroundings.
It's a fast-growing, transitioning neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Will undoubtedly be one of the best neighborhoods in DC in 10 years.
It's a good area, closer to school than people realize.
The H Street Corridor has a lot to offer - restaurants, bars, botique gyms, grocery stores, etc. - however, at times the neighborhood doesn't feel as safe as other parts of the city.
Love the H Street Corridor. There is so much to do and many new restaurants and bars popping up. I do a bit dread the new found popularity and high rises popping up everywhere.
The apartment is on H Street in H Street Corridor. H Street is a historic DC neighborhood and has anything I would ever need within walking district. There are awesome restaurants and bars, and a nightlife scene for those who are into it.
Very social and I don’t feel unsafe
Close proximity to union station and groceries. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Yearly H St festival, felt safe around the area
