Quiet safe neighborhood. Apartment problems are quickly fixed and they hold events for residents every month.

The Barton at Woodley is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and well stocked. The facilities are well maintained. Everything works. It is expensive, but is a great place to live.

Great location. Close to georgetown, in nice residential area but walkable to DuPont and Adams Morgan. Has nice roof deck as well

Great Layout, amazing staff and close to transit.

I've lived at the Gables Woodley Park for almost a year and a half. So far, it's been an enjoyable experience. This is one of the only modern buildings in the area at an affordable price. Having a washer and dryer in the unit and a parking garage were two must haves for me and this building has both. Larger than normal 1-bedrooms for DC and all units were recently renovated. I also feel extremely safe here and the location is great. The only downside is that the building is not rent controlled. We had to renew with an 18 month lease; otherwise the rent would have skyrocketed.

My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years now and we will be signing for a third year this year. They have amazing customer service, 24 hour front desk security, breakfast every morning, espresso machine, cookie hour everyday at 3, grill area and rooftop! It is the perfect spot right off the redline-easy access to anywhere in DC!

Gables is the perfect place to live in DC. 2 blocks from the metro and easy walk to the zoo, Adams Morgan and Dupont. Woodley Park is right in the middle of the city. The apartment is always super clean and they have a gym, rooftop, grilling area, breakfast and an espresso machine!

Excellent location, friendly management, and a great value compared to some of the other parts of DC. The amenities are pretty nice. I use the gym frequently and occassionaly use the theater room when I have people over. The area around the building feels really safe as well.

This apartment building is amazing. New renovations, breakfast every morning, coffee machine, coffee hour at 3 pm everyday, rooftop, movie and game room, business center, underground parking, grill area-super pet friendly! I would recommend living in this building!
